P&G Launches Febreze Smart Home Air Freshener

January 6, 2016: 12:00 AM EST
Procter & Gamble introduced a connected Febreze home-air-freshener plug at the 2016 CES electronics trade show in Las Vegas. Designed as a remote-controlled air freshener that homeowners can manage using their smartphones, the device includes a motion sensor, multi-colored LED light, and a temperature and humidity sensor. Designed to be also integrated with the Nest smart thermostat system, the Febreze plug can take advantage of the air conditioning for optimal dispersion of the scent.
